Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 unbaked pie crusts, 1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup.
Add water to make 1 cup.
Bring to boil pineapple, water and oleo.
Stir cornstarch in 1/4 cup of cold water, then pour in and stir until pineapple are thick.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Top with other crust. Slit holes in top to let steam escape.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown in 350Β° oven.
Cool before cutting.
