Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
In a saucepan, combine 3/4 cup sugar and the cornstarch.
Stir in the pineapple liquid.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining sugar and pineapple.
Cool slightly.
Fill a pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate with the pineapple mixture.
Top with second crust, crimp and bake at 375Β° for 50 to 60 minutes until crust is golden.
