Pineapple Pecan Loaf
Pineapple Pecan Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Cream butter. Blend in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients alternately with pineapple juice and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Bake approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350° (glass pan at 325°).
