Pineapple Nut Bread
Pineapple Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 4 c. sifted flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Alternately add dry ingredients and orange concentrate to creamed mixture; mix well after each addition.
Stir in pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Cool on rack.
Makes 2 loaves.
