Pineapple Muffins
Pineapple Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk or skim milk and 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425Β°; mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix milk and 1/2 of pineapple and juice, egg whites and oil in a bowl or blender.
Combine the ingredients and mix; drain the second half of the pineapple and add to mixture.
Line the muffin pan with paper baking cups and fill with batter.
Bake for 17 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
