Pineapple Macadamia Nut Bread
Pineapple Macadamia Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter 2
(1-pound) pans. Sift the measured flour together with the baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in the chopped Macadamia nuts. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter and the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs; beat until mixture is smooth.
In this order, in 1/2 of the flour-nut mixture, the pineapple and remaining flour-nut combination; thoroughly.
Divide batter into prepared
Combine cinnamon; sprinkle over batter in each pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then turn out onto cake rack.
Makes 2 (1-pound) loaves.
