Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. cool whip (small size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place 3/4 of crumbs in greased casserole.
Beat oleo and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and beat until creamy.
Pour mixture over wafer crumbs.
Fold pineapple and marshmallows into Cool Whip. Pour over oleo mixture.
Top with rest of wafer crumbs. Refrigerate until firm, overnight, if possible.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
