Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lime gelatin, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. hot water, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream together gleatin and cream cheese; add hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups of liquid and stir in.
Refrigerate until partially jelled.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Put in a dish and chill.
Serves 12.
