Pineapple Coconut Cake
Pineapple Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 egg yolks, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 2 1/2 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add well beaten egg yolks, beat until mixture is light and then add pineapple.
Do not drain off juice.
