Pineapple Cheese Salad
Pineapple Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can pineapple chunks, 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 egg, beaten and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain pineapple; put juice in top of double boiler.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add to beaten egg.
When well blended, stir into heated juice.
Add margarine; stir until thick.
Cut cheese into small cubes.
Combine cheese cubes, marshmallows and pineapple chunks.
(Cut pineapple chunks smaller if you like.) Pour cooked mixture over cheese mixture.
Chill.
