Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 c. chopped pecans and 2 tbsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into ball.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight.
May garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
May be frozen.
