Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3/4 stick butter, melted and 1 (no. 2) can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix sugar, eggs, flour and pineapple juice together.
Grease (butter) a casserole dish (1 1/2-quart size).
Place pineapple chunks in bottom of dish.
Pour mixture over chunks.
Put bread cubes on top and pour melted butter over bread cubes.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
