Pineapple Carrot Salad
Pineapple Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin (lemon may be used), 2 c. hot water, 1 pkg. plain knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water and 2 c. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve orange jello in hot water.
Add plain gelatin in cold water.
When all is cool, add crushed pineapple and grated carrots. (I always add plain gelatin so salad will be firm.)
Put in refrigerator until firmly set.
