Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 box graham cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.
Stir in pineapple, coconut and nuts.
Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
