Pineapple Brunch Casserole
Pineapple Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, 1 c. biscuit mix, 1 c. milk, 4 eggs, lightly beaten and 6 tbsp. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain pineapple.
Reserve 2 tablespoons juice and pineapple for garnish.
Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter, mustard, onion powder and nutmeg in blender or large mixing bowl until smooth.
Stir in ham, shredded cheese, onions and pineapple.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
Garnish.
