Pineapple Banana Cake
Pineapple Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. oil and 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Measure the dry ingredients and sift together.
Dice bananas and measure quantity.
Add bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil.
Add eggs, vanilla, crushed pineapple and juice from the pineapple.
Stir to blend but do not beat.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Set aside to cool without removing from pan.
