Pineapple Bake
Pineapple Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pineapple chunks (cut each in half or use sliced and cut smaller), 1 1/2 large pkg. cream cheese, cut in chunks, small marshmallows, 1 egg and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
Place pineapple chunks, cream cheese, and marshmallows in a dish.
Scramble egg with juice and cook over low heat, gradually adding sugar mixed with flour. Add optional Brandy.
Cook until thick.
Pour over top and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Great served with ham and potato salad.
