Pineapple Bake
Pineapple Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices day old bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 4 large eggs, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Toss bread and pineapple in a bowl. Spread out in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
In the same bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and butter until blended.
Pour over bread mixture.
Bake at 350Β° about 40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Serve at once.
