Mix in large eggs, salad oil and sugar. Add and stir in grated carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Blend into carrot and pineapple mixture.
Turn into ungreased pan. Bake at 350Β° until center springs when touched,
40 minutes.
