Pineanna Nut Cake
Pineanna Nut Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. cake flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add oil and eggs.
Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat!
Stir in bananas, 1 cup pecans, vanilla and pineapple. Divide batter evenly among pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
