Pinacbet
Pinacbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 c. water, 1/4 k. pork, sliced into 1-inch strips, 1/3 c. tomato, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, minced and 1 tsp. chopped ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil 1/2 to 1 cup water in a saucepan.
Drop the pork, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and bagoong.
Simmer until pork is tender.
Add the ampalaya and eggplants and cook until done. Season with ajinomoto and salt, if necessary.
