Pig Picken Cake
Pig Picken Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 white cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges in a large bowl. Blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
Grease and flour 2 layer cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 33 to 38 minutes.
Mix pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add pineapple and whipped topping to pudding; blend well.
When cake has cooled, poke holes with a toothpick and pour reserved pineapple juice evenly over layers.
Frost with the pudding mixture.
Top cake with pecans, if desired.
