Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour (all-purpose), 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. lard or shortening and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour and salt into bowl.
With fork, cut shortening into flour until pea size lumps form.
Gradually add milk.
Add as little liquid as possible to hold the dough together.
Divide into 2 portions for 2 different crusts.
Roll out onto floured surface 1/8-inch thick.
Place in pie pan and fill with filling.
Cut off excess dough and mash edges with fork.
