Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lard, 5 1/2 c. sifted flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix well with pastry cutter or fork.
Beat 1 egg in measuring cup add 1 tablespoon vinegar fill with ice water to top of one cup container.
Pour this over dry ingredients blend well with for or pastry cutter.
Chill 1 hour.
Roll this into one ball and after it has chilled cut it into 4 equal sections.
Wrap each in plastic and aluminum foil then freeze till it is needed.
Each section makes one complete pie.
