Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 cups flour, 1/2 c. milk, salt and 1 beaten egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together. Take half of dough and roll out to put in bottom of regular cake pan. Put your favorite pie filling on top. Roll out the remainder of the dough and place on top of filling. Beat egg white and put on top of the crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
