Pickled Okra is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. vinegar, 6 tbsp. salt, 1 clove garlic (per jar), 3 c. water and 12 heads dill or dill seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and drain okra.
Prick with a fork and pack in jar. Place dill, garlic and chili pepper in jars.
Boil wate rand vinegar.
Add salt.
Pour over the okra-packed jars.
Seal with lids and boil in water bath for 10 minutes.
