Pickled Beets
Pickled Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. vinegar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. pickling spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Wash, quarter and pack raw green tomatoes into pint jars.
Add to each jar 2 or 3 small whole pods hot pepper and 1/4 bell pepper.
Make a brine of 2 parts vinegar, 1 part sugar and 1 part water.
Heat until sugar melts, then pour over packed but not closed jars.
Seal and process 15 minutes in hot water bath.
