Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cookies
Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (2 sticks), 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream together first four ingredients.
Add the beaten egg and salt and flour (a little at a time).
Chill dough well.
Form into little balls the size of walnuts, dip in the unbeaten egg white and roll in chopped pecans.
Can also add to nuts a little red and green sugar crystals.
Bake in 350Β° oven until set (about 15 to 20 minutes).
