Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Line small muffin pans with 24 paper cups.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of peach.
Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or just until set.
Top each with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
Makes about 2 dozen cakes.
