Pete'S Ham What Am is an easy dinner. Made with 1 canned, whole or shank end ham, 1/2 to 1 box brown sugar, 1/2 bottle (6 oz.) cooking sherry wine, 1 tbsp. ground cloves and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Remove tough skin from ham and score top.
Place in flat pan in oven at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour over ham.
The last hour baste frequently.
Last 1/2 hour pour 1/2 to 1 can ginger ale over ham and continue basting.
Let cool before carving.
