Persimmon Pudding
Persimmon Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. persimmon pulp, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine butter, sugar, pulp and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Dissolved baking soda in hot water.
Add to pulp mixture.
Stir well.
Alternately add flour and milk, stirring well after each addition.
Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 275Β° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
