Peppy Polynesian Chicken
Peppy Polynesian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 lb. cut up frying chicken, 1/2 c. juice packed crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 3 tbsp. low calorie thousand island dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 400° oven or under the broiler to melt fat from the skin.
Arrange the browned chicken, skin side up, in a baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° until tender, about 25 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
