Peppery Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders or boned chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch wide strips, 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp. dried whole thyme, 1 tsp. ground white pepper and 1 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in shallow dish.
Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken; cover and chill 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade. Combine thyme and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook half of chicken 5 to 10 minutes, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Repeat this procedure to cook remaining chicken.
