Pepperoni Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves frozen italian bread, 1 lb. sandwich pepperoni (approximately 14 slices per loaf), 1 lb. sliced provolone cheese (approximately 10 slices per loaf) and 1 lar jar mild pepper rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Thaw bread about 3 hours (don't let rise).
Roll one loaf to rectangle (about 16 x 15-inch or smaller).
Brush with oil.
(Leave 1-inch margarine around dough.) Cover with pepperoni slices, then cover that with cheese.
Then cover with pepper rings (well drained).
Roll up like jelly roll and bake about 45 minutes on cookie sheet (2 on each sheet). Brush with oil every 15 minutes.
