Pepperoni and Cheese Loaf
Pepperoni And Cheese Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf (16 oz.) frozen bread dough, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. each) sliced pepperoni and 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dough and allow according to package directions.
Divide dough in half and set one portion aside. Turn out remaining dough lightly floured surface.
Roll into 10-inch circle.
Combine egg and Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
Spread 1/2 of mixture over circle leaving a 1/2-inch margin at edge.
Lay 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Mozzarella over egg mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 of oregano and basil. Roll up jelly roll fashion. and fold under ends. Transfer loaf, seam side to an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Brush top of loaf with egg. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Into slices and serve.
May be served with a side of spaghetti sauce for dipping.
