Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with . tenderized steak, campbell's french onion soup, small can tomato sauce, large bell pepper, diced and . catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut steak into 1-inch (bite size) pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Dip steak pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
Fry in a large skillet. Drain on paper towel.
After all steak is fried, pour oil out of skillet and stir-fry diced pepper a couple of minutes.
Add French onion soup, 1 can water, tomato sauce and catsup.
Mix, then add steak and simmer 20 minutes.
