Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. round steak or cube steak, 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 onion, cut into strips, large green pepper, cut into strips and 1 or 2 cans beefy mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Tenderize round steak by pounding. Cut into strips.
Brown meat in hot oil in a large skillet.
Remove to dish. Add more oil and cook garlic, onion and pepper until tender. Return meat to pan. Pour 1 can of soup over meat and cook until done. May need to add more soup during cooking. Sprinkle on soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
