Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. fat (oil), 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. beef bouillon, 1 lb. round or flank steak and 2 green peppers, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt fat in frypan.
Cut meat into 1-inch strips.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place meat, onion and garlic in frypan; brown.
Add pepper and bouillon.
Cover and cook 30 minutes.
Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
Add to meat mixture.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 4 servings.
