Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut in strips, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 1 to 2 large green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour with salt and pepper.
Roll meat in flour mixture and brown in olive oil.
Take stewed tomatoes and drain, but keep the juice; set tomatoes aside.
To the juice, add onion, garlic, Kitchen Bouquet and about 1 1/2 cups water.
Pour over meat and simmer, covered, for about an hour.
Add peppers, cut into strips, for another 15 minutes and then add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 5 or more minutes.
Serve with rice.
