Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with steak, cut in strips or cubes, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. beef broth, green pepper, cut in strips and 1 tbsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat in butter or margarine.
Add garlic powder and broth.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add onions and peppers. Cook 5 more minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
