Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sirloin steak, 3 large bell peppers, 2 medium onions, 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut steak into thin strips across the grain.
Chop peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
Brown steak quickly in oil; remove from pan.
Saute peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
In separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and water. Combine sauce with steak and vegetables; cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over rice.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Serves 4.
