Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. hot cooked rice, 1 lb. round steak, 1 tbsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steak into small strips and brown in butter.
Add broth, garlic and paprika.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add sliced onions and peppers.
Cook about 15 minutes.
Start cooking rice. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
Add to meat and vegetables and cook about 2 more minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook 3 to 5 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
