Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. steak (round or sirloin), 1 large onion, sliced, 2 medium green peppers, sliced, 2 tomatoes, diced and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice beef into thin strips.
Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown meat.
Add 2 cups water and simmer until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
Add onions and peppers.
Cook 5 minutes additional.
Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water.
Add slowly to hot mixture to thicken.
Add tomatoes to warm.
Serve over cooked rice or boiled noodles.
