Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef strips, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
Add to beef, toss over and marinate.
Heat oil in pan and add beef on high heat until browned.
Simmer until tender.
Turn up heat and add vegetables, cook until crisp, about 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water. Pour over mixture.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Add tomato wedges and heat through.
Serve over rice.
