Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. oil, 1 tsp. salt, pepper and 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steak diagonally into thin slices 2-inches long.
Cook beef with pepper and onion.
Add celery and bouillon; cover and cook 10 minutes.
Discard garlic.
Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce; blend until smooth and slowly add to skillet.
Stir until liquid is thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
Serves 4.
