Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut into 2-inch strips, 1/4 c. salad oil, 2 onions, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped and 2 c. beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in frypan over medium heat; add meat and brown.
Add onions and green peppers.
Mix salt, pepper and cornstarch; add broth and soy sauce.
Pour over meat and bring to a boil.
