Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. tenderized steak, 1 can campbell's french onion soup, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1 large bell pepper, diced and 2 tbsp. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut steak into 1-inch (bite size) pieces.

In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Dip steak pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with flour.

Fry in a large skillet. Drain on paper towel.

After all steak is fried, pour oil out of skillet and stir-fry diced pepper a couple of minutes.

Add French onion soup, 1 can water, tomato sauce and catsup.

Mix, then add steak and simmer 20 minutes.
