Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large bell peppers, cut and seeded, 13 hot peppers (not seeded), 5 lb. sugar, 3 c. 5% vinegar and 2 bottles certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In blender with 1/3 cup of water, pulverize peppers.
Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a hard boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 2 bottles Certo and a few drops of green food coloring.
Yields 12 to 13 half pints.
