Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large or 6 small bell peppers, 12 pods hot pepper, 5 lb. sugar, 3 c. white vinegar and 2 bottles certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grind peppers.
(I use a blender.)
Place in a large pot with vinegar, sugar and food coloring.
Mix thoroughly.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; skim and add Certo. Pour into jars.
Makes approximately 6 pints.
