Grind peppers.

(I use a blender.)

Place in a large pot with vinegar, sugar and food coloring.

Mix thoroughly.

Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; skim and add Certo. Pour into jars.

Makes approximately 6 pints.
