Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. green hot peppers, 1 1/2 c. green bell peppers, 1 1/2 c. vinegar and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Remove seed and vein from peppers and chop fine in blender. Mix all ingredients except pectin and coloring.
Cook on low heat 45 minutes, then bring to a rolling boil.
Remove from stove and let stand 5 minutes.
Add pectin and coloring.
Pour into jelly jars and let cool to gel.
